A: Generally, there is no strict minimum order quantity, and even one piece can be manufactured. However, small quantities result in higher production costs and unit prices.
To help customers control costs, the MOQ varies depending on the product. Standard wire screen products generally have lower MOQs, while drawing-based or sample-based customized products may require higher quantities.

A: Yes. Samples can be provided before mass production.
For standard products, samples may be available from stock. Customized products require a sample fee and a certain development period. The customer is responsible for sample shipping costs.
The sample fee can be refunded after a mass production order is placed. However, if the mass-produced product differs from the original sample due to modifications, the sample fee is non-refundable.

A: The development period is generally 7–30 days, depending on the complexity of the product.

A: Since most of our products are customized, samples can be provided, but reasonable sample costs and shipping fees are charged to the customer.

A: Our products generally do not involve different colors. Each order is manufactured according to a specific product model. One customer can customize multiple different models.

A: Before production, we confirm the customer's samples and technical drawings and inspect the raw materials.
During production, we conduct regular in-process inspections.
Before packing and shipment, finished products are carefully inspected.
Customers can communicate with us throughout the entire production process. We can provide production videos and photos, quality inspection reports according to customer requirements, and accept third-party inspections.

A: Yes. We have dedicated after-sales service personnel. If you encounter any problems after receiving the goods, please contact us at any time and we will respond promptly.

A: Pre-Sales Service
We collect all relevant customer specifications, including dimensions, material, slot size, working conditions, drawings, and samples. Our technical team provides professional recommendations when necessary. We can also prepare drawings for customers, and quotations are provided after the drawings are confirmed.

During Sales
After the order is confirmed, we prepare production drawings for customer approval before starting production. We regularly provide production photos and videos to keep customers updated. Before shipment, we provide quality inspection and packaging photos and arrange delivery according to the agreed schedule.
For customized products, drawing confirmation is a critical step. This helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that the finished product meets the customer's requirements.

After-Sales Service
We follow up after the goods arrive at the destination, provide technical guidance for product use, and take responsibility for problems caused by errors on our side. Problems caused by incorrect drawings or specifications provided by the customer are not our responsibility.

A: Yes. For large-volume orders, we accept third-party inspections.
For smaller orders, we recommend using our factory inspection report together with actual production videos and photos to help reduce inspection costs. If the customer still requires a third-party inspection, the inspection cost will be borne by the customer, and the inspection date should be notified in advance.

A: We normally conduct careful inspections before packing. For large-volume orders, the inspection scope depends on customer requirements.
If 100% inspection is required, the inspection standards will follow the agreed technical drawings and specifications. Additional inspection requirements may increase costs and extend the delivery time and should therefore be confirmed in advance.

A: Damage caused by rough handling during ocean transportation after the goods leave our factory is beyond our control and cannot be covered by us.
Purchasing cargo insurance is the best way to minimize this risk, and we can calculate the insurance cost for you.
We use strong export packaging to minimize the risk of damage and provide packaging photos before shipment as supporting evidence.

A: Most of our products are customized consumable components operating under friction, high pressure, or corrosive conditions. Their actual service life depends largely on the operating environment.
If special requirements exist, we can upgrade the raw material to improve service life. Additional costs may apply, and such requirements should be communicated in advance.

A: The delivery time is generally 3–30 days, depending on the order quantity.

Yes. We provide regular production photos and videos to keep customers informed of the manufacturing progress.

A: Yes. For repeat orders with exactly the same specifications and drawings, the delivery time can be shortened.
We archive customer drawings and tooling parameters, which eliminates the need for repeated drawing preparation and process testing.
Please note:
Production starts after the deposit is received.
Any change to technical parameters will be treated as a new customized order and follow the standard delivery schedule.
Actual delivery time is also affected by raw material availability and production scheduling.
If you are planning a repeat order, please inform us in advance so we can reserve production capacity.

A: FOB Tianjin is our most commonly used trade term.
Depending on customer requirements, we can also handle EXW, FOB, and DDP. For door-to-door service, DDP is available. Customers need to provide the destination address so that we can calculate the total cost.

A: Standard products in stock
For returning customers:
30% deposit to reserve the goods and 70% balance against a copy of the bill of lading.
Alternatively, 100% payment can be made in advance.
Once payment is confirmed, the goods can be arranged for shipment quickly.

For new customers:
30% deposit after order confirmation.
Production and packaging begin after the deposit is received.
The remaining 70% balance must be paid before shipment.
We provide production photos, quality inspection records, and packaging photos for customer confirmation before the balance is paid.
Shipment is arranged after the balance is fully received.

A: Since most of our products are fully customized according to drawings and specifications, especially wedge wire screens, filter tubes, and screen plates, our standard payment terms are:

A: The remaining 50% balance is paid by T/T before shipment.
Before the balance is paid, we provide production progress updates, finished-product inspection records, and packaging photos for customer confirmation.
After full payment is received, we arrange loading and shipment.
The primary payment method is bank T/T. Special payment terms can be discussed and evaluated.
For repeat customers or customers with multiple successful orders, the payment ratio may be adjusted to 30% deposit and 70% balance.
If samples are required, the sample fee must be paid in full before shipment. The sample drawings will be confirmed before production, and photos and videos will be provided before shipment.

A: Yes. We can offer discounts for large-volume orders. The larger the purchasing volume, the more competitive the unit price. Customers can provide their estimated order quantity in advance for a quotation.

A: Our international business mainly accepts USD. We can also accept EUR and GBP, which will be settled according to the real-time exchange rate on the transaction date.

A: We use professional export-grade packaging:
Rust Protection: Each product is treated with anti-rust oil and wrapped with vapor-phase corrosion inhibitor paper to prevent oxidation and rust during long-distance ocean transportation.
Impact Protection: Each product is wrapped with foam padding to prevent impact and surface scratches during transportation.
Outer Packaging: Products are packed in fumigation-free plywood cases, reinforced with wooden strips to prevent movement during transportation.
Shipping Marks: Shipping marks, specifications, gross weight, and net weight are printed on the outside of the cases to facilitate customs clearance.
Customized packaging is available. If you have special packaging requirements, please inform us in advance. We will make every reasonable effort to meet your requirements.
