Wedge Wire Screen Segment

Wedge Wire Screen Mesh is a rigid metal screening component manufactured from V-shaped stainless steel wires and support rods through precision welding. Unlike traditional woven wire mesh, this product uses a welded wedge wire structure to create continuous and uniform slot openings across the screening surface. The special wire profile provides stable separation performance while maintaining excellent mechanical strength during long-term operation.

The unique V-shaped slot design is one of the main features of this Wedge Wire Screen Mesh. The opening is narrower on the outside and wider inside, allowing particles to pass through smoothly while reducing the possibility of blockage. When cleaning or backwashing is required, trapped materials can be removed more easily because particles have limited contact with the slot surface.

This structure helps improve screening efficiency, reduce maintenance frequency, and maintain consistent separation results in industrial applications. Slot sizes can be customized according to different material characteristics and separation requirements.

The screen mesh is produced by welding wedge wires and support rods into an integrated structure. The fully welded design improves overall rigidity and resistance to deformation, making it suitable for applications involving vibration, impact, pressure, and continuous material flow.

Available materials include 304 and 316L stainless steel. For special working environments, materials such as titanium, duplex steel, and Hastelloy can also be customized according to application requirements.
