Pressure Screen Basket

Pressure screen basket is a fluid distribution and collection header used in water treatment, HVAC, and industrial piping systems. The manifold serves as a central hub that distributes incoming fluid to multiple branch lines or collects fluid from multiple branch lines into a single outlet. The manifold features flanged main inlet and outlet connections, with branch outlets that can be flanged, threaded, or otherwise configured to match the piping system. It can be supplied as a single distribution manifold, a single collection manifold, or as a paired distribution and collection set. The manifold is custom-engineered to match the specific requirements of each installation.

The manifold is manufactured from stainless steel plate and pipe, with branch connections welded to the main header. Stainless steel 304 and 316L are the standard materials, providing corrosion resistance for water, mild chemicals, and HVAC applications. For more demanding environments, we offer higher-grade materials. The manifold can be configured in horizontal or vertical orientation, with single or multiple rows of branch connections. The main header diameter typically ranges from DN15 to DN300 or larger, with branch connections sized to match the distribution piping. Flange connections are manufactured to standard specifications (ANSI, DIN, or JIS) to ensure compatibility with existing piping systems. The manifold can be equipped with additional features such as pressure gauge connections, temperature sensor ports, air release valves, and drain valves.

Stainless steel flange manifolds are used in a range of fluid distribution applications. In HVAC and building services, they distribute chilled water and cooling water in central air conditioning systems. In industrial plants, they distribute steam, condensate, hot water, and cooling water to various process units. In municipal water supply, they distribute water to multiple service lines. In emerging applications, they are used in data center liquid cooling systems and energy storage cooling systems. The manifold is also found in geothermal and solar thermal systems, as well as in chemical and pharmaceutical processing where corrosion-resistant materials are required.
